Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad for a Visa and Wakala Executive. The Visa and Wakala Executive will handle visa documentation, coordinate with clients for submission processes, and assist with employment visa procedures, including WAKALAH services for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role also involves liaising with relevant authorities, staying updated on visa policies, and ensuring the smooth processing of applications. The executive will work closely with the internal team to meet operational deadlines and maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Visa Documentation, Submission Processes, and Emigration Services
• Experience in WAKALAH handling and employment visa procedures, especially for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure process efficiency
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills
• Adaptability and proficiency in handling regulatory updates related to visa and emigration policies
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with relevant software tools
• Previous experience in the travel or visa services sector is a plus
• Relevant academic qualifications or certifications related to travel, visa, or emigration services are beneficial
