Coordinate with international universities, colleges, and recruitment partners. Manage recruitment needs for overseas employers, including shortlisting, screening, and coordinating candidates. Maintain records of clients, students, and employer requirements. Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and emails) and provide timely updates. Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and promotional activities. Follow up with students and clients to ensure smooth processing. --- Requirements Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preference for business/management/education). Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or study abroad counseling (preferred, not mandatory). Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage). Strong organizational and client-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
