Visa and Immigration Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Visa and Immigration Consultant to guide clients through the process of obtaining visas for study, work, travel, or permanent residency in various countries. The candidate should be well-versed in immigration laws, application procedures, and documentation requirements for countries like Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, Europe, and others. Key Responsibilities:   Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding visa types, processes, and eligibility   Assist clients with filling out applications, documentation, and interview preparation   Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policies, and embassy updates   Handle case files end-to-end: from application submission to visa approval   Communicate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities when required   Handle student visas, work permits, PR applications, visitor visas, and dependent visas   Follow up with clients to collect required documents and ensure timely submissions   Maintain records of all client interactions and keep them informed about their application status   Offer professional support to increase the approval rate of visa applications   Assist in preparing SOPs, cover letters, and other visa-related documentation Requirements:   Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)   Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in the visa/immigration or overseas consultancy sector   Strong understanding of immigration processes for at least 2–3 major countries   Excellent communication skills (English + regional languages)   Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents   Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools   High level of professionalism and customer service skills
