Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows Server issues.
Perform system upgrades, migrations, and patching.
Implement security best practices and policies.
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 issues.
Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards.
Migrate on-premises workloads to Microsoft 365.
Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning.
Scripting and automation using PowerShell and other tools.
Incident management and problem resolution.
Capacity planning and performance tuning.
Documentation of system configurations and procedures.
Ubuntu Server installation, configuration and maintenance.
8+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
Good knowledge in Ubuntu Server administration
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills
