Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Life Insurance Sales Location: Thane (6th Floor, G-Corp, Ghodbunder Road, near Big Bazaar, Thane) CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA Languages Required: Tamil, Odiya, Kannada, Telugu (Fluency in any one is mandatory) Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Week Offs: All Sundays off, 2 Saturdays off per month About the Role: We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers who can fluently communicate in Tamil, Odiya, Kannada, or Telugu, to handle insurance sales via tele-calling. The role is focused on connecting with regional language-speaking clients to promote life insurance products. You will be expected to make 120–180 calls per day and convert prospects into clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to customers in your preferred language (Tamil/Odiya/Kannada/Telugu) Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant life insurance products (investment, protection, etc.) Handle objections and resolve queries clearly and confidently Record daily interactions and sales Achieve monthly sales targets Maintain customer relationships and follow up as needed Coordinate with the internal sales team for lead closures Eligibility Criteria: Experience: Minimum 1 year in insurance sales (preferably life insurance) Tele-calling experience is preferred Language proficiency: Must be fluent in Tamil, Odiya, Kannada, or Telugu Age limit: Up to 32 years Education: Graduation is mandatory No professional gap of more than 3 months Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be fully vaccinated Candidate should have a stable job history and not be a frequent job hopper Perks & Benefits: Performance-based incentives Medical insurance for employee and family Fast-track promotions and growth Supportive team culture Would you like me to prepare this in a local language version (Tamil/Odiya/Kannada/Telugu) as well for sharing with regional candidates?
