Work Timings:

• May to September:

  5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (IST)

• October to April:

  4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (IST)

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Handle patient queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to medical practice standards.
• Coordinate with the medical centre staff in Australia for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Prior experience in reception, call handling, or customer support preferred.
• Ability to work in early morning shifts.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, appointment scheduling software).
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-friendly approach.
