Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Employment Type: Fulltime - Onsite (Work from Office) Working Hours: 5.00 AM to 1.00 PM, Monday to Friday Industry: Telecom | Freight Forwarding | Accounting Services Target Market: Australia About Us: Sata Communications is a B2B outsourcing company based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, helping Australian businesses grow through strategic sales support, lead generation, and backend operations. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Cold Callers to connect with business decision-makers in Australia across the telecom, freight forwarding, and accounting sectors. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to Australian businesses during AEST working hours. Generate qualified leads and set appointments for local representatives based in Australia. Maintain and update call logs, CRM entries, and lead databases. Understand and convey the value proposition of our clients’ services (telecom, freight, or accounting). Follow scripts and adapt your pitch to handle objections and questions. Meet or exceed weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets. Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or international sales (preferred). Strong communication skills in English (neutral/accent-neutral tone ideal). Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally. Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and basic computer applications. Willingness to work in Australian time zone (AEST). Previous experience in telecom, logistics, or accounting verticals is a plus. Freshers with excellent communications skills may apply. What We Offer: Competitive performance-based compensation. Fixed Monthly Salary (Ranging from Rs. 15000 to Rs. 40000 CTC Per month) + performance based Incentive. Monday to Friday - 5 Day Working Week. Working Hours- 5.00 AM to 1.00 PM.
