Job Title: Appointment Setter – Business Development (Cold Calling)
Location: Office – Racecourse, Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Prime ICT provides cloud-based business connectivity solutions, helping businesses streamline communication, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Our local BDMs meet customers in person after appointments are set, so your role is crucial in generating qualified leads.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated appointment setter to join our team in Vadodara. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential Australian businesses via cold calling, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and setting appointments for our local Business Development Managers (BDMs). This role requires resilience, persistence, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to Australian businesses from provided leads.
  • Engage prospects, qualify their needs, and communicate the benefits of Prime ICT’s cloud and business connectivity solutions.
  • Set appointments for local BDMs to meet prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve call scripts, strategies, and lead generation quality.
  • Handle objections with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude during challenging conversations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferably B2B).
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong resilience and persistence; ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
  • Basic understanding of cloud-based and business connectivity solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
