Job Title: Reception & Intake Specialist (Hindi-Speaking)
Location: Remote
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay: $4/hour + Performance Bonuses
Position Type: Full-Time
Language Requirement: Hindi fluency required (Gujarati or Punjabi a plus)
Equipment: You must provide your own computer, headset, and high-speed internet.

Your Role as Reception and Intake Specialist:
- Be the first voice our clients hear—and the reason they feel at ease
- Handle incoming calls and structured intake conversations (scripts and training provided)
- Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and update our CRM (Lawmatics)
- Collaborate with the Intake and Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
- Balance empathy and efficiency with professionalism and care
✅ You’ll Love This Role If You Are...
- Fluent in Hindi and English (Gujarati or Punjabi = major plus)
- Highly organized and self-motivated—no hand-holding needed
- Experienced (3–5 years) in a fast-paced customer-facing role
- Tech-savvy (you’ve worked with CRMs, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.)
- India-based and ready to work 9AM–5PM Eastern Standard Time
