Designation: Virtual Assistant

Location: Gurgaon (Night shift)

Job Description: The person would be working as a Virtual Assistant to the client.

Working Hours: Overlap with US business hours required (flexible)

About the Role:

This role involves data entry, research, CRM/LMS updates, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on companies, individuals, and entities relevant to our business
• Accurately transfer and input data between internal systems
• Update and maintain CRM and Loan Management Systems (LMS)
• Prepare simple reports and summaries based on gathered data
• Assist in tracking project timelines and follow-ups
• Communicate and coordinate via email and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate, lending, mortgage, or construction sectors is a plus, but not mandatory
• Proficient in using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana)
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
