🚨 We're Hiring: Virtual Account Manager | Tumbledry Solutions 📍 Location: Noida Dector 127 💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Account Management / Client Servicing # About the Role: Tumbledry Solutions is looking for a dynamic Virtual Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing franchise clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for servicing, retention, and upselling value-added services. # Key Responsibilities: 1.)Build strong relationships with assigned franchise clients. 2.)Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication. 3.)Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues. 4.)Drive client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. 5.)Identify upselling opportunities and pitch relevant services. 6.)Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value and results. 7.)Regularly track client performance and offer improvement strategies. # Requirements: 1.)Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Customer Success. 2.)Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 3.)Strong problem-solving ability and client-first attitude. 4.)Proven track record in handling multiple clients or accounts. 5.)Ability to work independently in a virtual setup.
