Viral Concept Developer - Female

We are looking for a creative Viral Concept Developer who can ideate, research, and design concepts that have a high potential to go viral on social media. This role requires strong trend understanding, storytelling skills, and an innovative mindset to create viral hooks, scripts, content ideas, and campaign angles that drive views, shares, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research latest viral trends across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Reels.
• Develop viral content concepts, hooks, and storyboards
• Create scripts and idea frameworks for influencer content, short form videos, & ad creatives
• Plan content angles that drive shares, comments, saves, and conversations
• Brainstorm with content creators, designers, and marketing team to build viral campaigns
• Study competitor viral campaigns and find unique opportunities
• Suggest viral content posting strategies and experiment formats
• Prepare weekly viral trend reports

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media culture & trending formats
• Ability to think fast & deliver multiple creative ideas
• Good research & observation skills
• Knowledge of meme culture, reels patterns, influencer styles
• Experience in content writing, copywriting, or scripting is preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Worked in social media marketing / influencer marketing / agency environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
