This is a full-time on-site role for a Vietnamese-speaking support agent located in Jaipur. The support agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through various channels such as voice, email, chat, and social media, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls, providing information about products and services, resolving customer issues, and documenting interactions.
