Job Description

Job Title:

  • Provide first-level technical support and remote troubleshooting for a variety of POS systems.
  • Perform and guide clients through firmware updates and software installations.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve a high volume of inbound support requests via phone, email, and our software ticketing system.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the CRM.
  • Take initiative to identify and implement innovative solutions to recurring problems.
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of complex issues.
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily tasks to meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour, contributing to our collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven background in a technical support and/or installation role.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of firmware updates, software loading, and remote troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ample experience fielding heavy call flows in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A positive attitude, professional work ethic, and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience working with POS systems (e.g., Clover, PAX, Deja Voo, ELO).
  • Prior experience in the Payments, POS, or ATM industry.
  • Experience working with CRM or software ticketing programs (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese is a significant advantage.
