Job Description: International Customer Service (Vietnamese Language )

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: 5 days a week

Offs: 2 rotational offs

Shifts: Rotational shifts (both day and night)

Transportation: Both-side cab facility provided

About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals fluent in one or more European languages to join our dynamic International Customer Service team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our global operations.

Qualifications:

• Fluency (both written and verbal) in one Vietnamese Language.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international environment, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
