Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for

  social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, reels, and brand content

• Handle

  end-to-end video production

  , including pre-production planning, shooting, lighting, and post-production
• Coordinate with the

  creative, content, and marketing teams

  to understand project requirements
• Execute

  on-site shoots

  for brands, events, product shoots, and campaigns
• Ensure videos align with

  brand guidelines and campaign objectives

• Manage and maintain own camera gear and accessories
• Edit videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Optimize video formats for platforms like

  Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Ads

• Meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1 year of professional videography experience

• Own professional camera gear

  (DSLR/Mirrorless camera, lenses, tripod, basic lighting, mic preferred)
• Strong understanding of

  composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling

• Proficiency in

  video editing software

• Experience creating short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for shoots if required
• Strong time management and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of

  motion graphics or basic animations

• Experience in a

  digital marketing or advertising agency

• Understanding of

  social media trends and video formats
