Key Responsibilities & Role Details

Production & Filming

• Operate cameras and set up lighting and audio equipment for corporate videos, documentaries, promotional content, and brand campaigns.
• Execute indoor and outdoor shoots as per project requirements.
  

Post-Production

• Edit raw footage, perform color grading, add sound effects, and create basic motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Deliver platform-optimized videos for social media, website, and marketing use.
  

Creative Direction

• Plan shoots, assist with storyboarding, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to meet brand and campaign objectives.
• Contribute creative ideas aligned with Arettos visual identity and digital-first approach.
  

Technical Proficiency

• Maintain and manage video equipment including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear.
• Ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of all video assets.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and camera operations.

• Creative Skills:

  Strong visual sense with a digital-first mindset (reels, YouTube, social media content).

• Experience:

  0–3+ years of experience; freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
