Key Responsibilities

• Content Capture:

  Capture high-quality video footage and still photographs using your professional equipment, including cameras, lenses, and a strong understanding of lighting and audio gear, ensuring superior visual and sound quality.

• Video & Photo Editing:

  Expertly edit videos using

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and other relevant software, and edit photos to create engaging and polished content optimized for various platforms (social media, website, internal communications, etc.).

• Animation & Graphic Design:

  Develop and integrate

  2D animations

  and static graphics, utilizing tools like

  Adobe Illustrator

  , to enhance video content, visualize concepts, and create impactful visual communication.

• Creative Collaboration:

  Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and other cross-functional teams (e.g., coaches, operations) to understand project requirements, conceptualize innovative ideas, and ensure visual content aligns with brand messaging and goals.

• Brand Aesthetics:

  Maintain the visual quality and consistency of the Kia Kaha MMA brand across all photo and video assets.

• Project Management:

  Ensure timely delivery of all projects while maintaining the highest quality standards, from pre-production planning to final output.

Qualifications Required:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, photography, graphic design, or related multimedia production fields.
• Must own professional camera & audio equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge and experience with 2D animation techniques and software.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of video, photo, and graphic/animation work.
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and ability to apply them effectively through multimedia production.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take creative direction.

Preferred:

• Experience in the fitness, sports, or health and wellness industry.
• Ability to work independently on projects from concept to completion.
