Role Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives. ● Creative storytelling ability with strong english communication skills. ● Willingness to participate in shoots and brainstorm content ideas and should be Comfortable appearing on camera ● Conceptualize and develop captivating visual content for various platforms. ● Produce storyboards and scripts that align with project goals. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. ● Conduct thorough research on industry trends and visual styles to stay updated on social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) ● Ensure all visual content is delivered on time and meets quality standards. ● Collaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with branding efforts. ● Assist in developing video content strategies that engage target audiences. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field. ● Proven experience as a video visualizer or similar role in a Creative Agency. ● Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and visual storytelling capabilities. ● Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. ● Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. ● Understanding of animation software like After Effects or Blender. ● Exceptional creativity and originality in visual content creation. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. ● Solid communication and collaboration skills for team projects. ● Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback effectively. ● Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements. ● Knowledge of sound design and mixing for video production is a plus. ● Ability to conceptualize and execute ideas from inception to final product.
