As a Video Visualizer at Dreamcast, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to transforming the way events are experienced through innovative technology and creative solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives, showcasing your creative storytelling ability and strong English communication skills. You will need to be willing to participate in shoots, brainstorm content ideas, and be comfortable appearing on camera. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and developing captivating visual content for various platforms, producing storyboards and scripts that align with project goals, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks effectively. It will be important for you to conduct thorough research on industry trends and visual styles to stay updated on social media platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You will work closely with marketing teams to align visuals with branding efforts, assist in developing video content strategies that engage target audiences, and ensure all visual content is delivered on time and meets quality standards. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field, proven experience as a video visualizer or in a similar role in a Creative Agency, and a strong portfolio showcasing previous work and visual storytelling capabilities. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and understanding of animation software like After Effects or Blender are required. Exceptional creativity, originality in visual content creation, strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, solid communication and collaboration skills, and ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback effectively are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements, knowledge of sound design and mixing for video production, and the ability to conceptualize and execute ideas from inception to final product will be advantageous.
