Video Production Specialist

Position: Video Editor & Reels Creator (based in Ranchi, full time)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per monthLocation: Retail store / on-site in RanchiKey Responsibilities:Visit the retail store location and capture video footage of store activities, products, events, etc.Edit and produce 3–4 short video reels each day for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other platforms.Add captions/text overlays, transitions, basic colour correction, and align with brand style.Collaborate with marketing/creative team for concept ideas for the reels.Maintain organised raw footage and deliver edited videos on time consistently.Required Skills & Profile:Proficiency in video shooting (smartphone/DSLR) and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar).Good sense of visual storytelling, motion, timing for short‐form content.Comfortable working full time and onsite in Ranchi.Ability to handle daily targets (3-4 reels per day) and work proactively.Basic understanding of social media trends for reels and short videos.Reliable, punctual, creative mindset.Nice to have:Prior experience in retail store video capture / social media content creation.Basic graphics/motion graphics skills.Knowhow of Instagram/Facebook Reels/YouTube Shorts formats.How to Apply:Please send your CV/portfolio (with sample reels or short videos you’ve produced) to 8788424727.
