  Design Intern (Short-Form Content Creation for TikTok & Instagram Reels)

• Stipend:

  ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 (Market-Grade, Based on Skill & Experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Concept & Execute:

  Produce engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels from start to finish—storyboarding, shooting, editing, and adding finishing touches.

• Brand Integration:

  Translate brand guidelines into compelling visuals, maintaining a cohesive and on-brand look and feel.

• Trend Tracking:

  Stay ahead of social trends, adapting quickly to ensure our content is always fresh and relevant.

• Iterate Fast:

  Embrace feedback, refine your work, and constantly experiment with new formats, styles, and storytelling techniques.

What You’ll Bring

• Visual Storytelling Skills:

  A keen eye for composition, pacing, and narrative—even in a few seconds.

• Technical Know-How:

  Basic proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut) and design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).

• Social Media Savvy:

  Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram best practices, trends, and audience engagement tactics.

• Adaptability & Hustle:

Preferred:
