Grandview Consulting is a premier real estate advisory firm specializing in luxury and investment properties. We work closely with top-tier developers across India and Dubai, delivering high-impact marketing and sales solutions. We're looking for a creative and versatile Video & Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team and help us elevate our brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, brochures, investor presentations, and social media.
• Create and edit short-form videos, Instagram reels, teasers, walkthroughs, and promotional clips for real estate projects.
• Develop static and motion creatives aligned with the luxury real estate segment.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to produce campaign-specific assets.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all content.
• Handle multiple real estate projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with real estate industry experience being a strong plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate creatives—digital ads, property videos, branding visuals, etc.
• Knowledge of social media design standards, especially for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with a sense of aesthetics suitable for high-end real estate.
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to join immediately.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Basic animation or 3D rendering skills.
• Experience with UI design for landing pages or microsites.
• Photography or drone footage editing experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
