Role Overview

We’re hiring a creative Video Editor who can craft impactful content that goes beyond cuts and clips. From motion-graphic explainers to social-first videos with transitions, elements, and background scoring — your work will drive engagement and conversions.

This is not just about knowing tools. We want someone who understands marketing psychology — the “why” behind visuals — and can choose the right format, effects, and style depending on the brand and audience.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar, plus comfort with AI video tools (Runway, Higgsfield AI, Firefly, etc.).
• Ability to create explainer-style motion graphic videos with transitions, animated elements, and engaging visuals.
• Strong knowledge of editing for different formats: reels, ads, explainers, corporate videos.
• Understanding of storytelling, design psychology, and attention triggers.
• Ability to adapt AI tools smartly, knowing when to use manual creativity vs AI automation.
• Strong sense of pacing, audio syncing, and background scoring.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
