Video Editor

Wepitch Promotions is seeking a creative and motivated Video Editor Intern to join our content and production team. As a Video Editor Intern, you will assist in editing video content for digital campaigns, social media, promotional materials, and client projects. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced creatives, work on real assignments, and develop your skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content
• Work on a variety of video formats including reels, promotional videos, event recaps, and ads
• Add transitions, sound effects, background music, text overlays, and basic animations
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align visual output with campaign goals
• Organize and maintain video assets and project files
• Stay updated on editing trends and platform-specific video requirements (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other editing software
• Understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and composition
• Familiarity with social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.)
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines and accept feedback
• A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work (personal or academic projects accepted)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest or experience in motion graphics is a plus
• Basic knowledge of color grading and audio editing is a bonus
