creative and detail-oriented Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

Edit videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) in both short-form and long-form formats.
Add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
Repurpose long videos into bite-sized, attention-grabbing clips for reels, shorts, and stories.
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and brand tone.
Maintain brand consistency in every video while experimenting with fresh, trend-driven styles.
Stay updated with the latest editing trends, platform guidelines, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

1–2 years of proven experience as a video editor.
Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Knowledge of motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects or similar) is a plus.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual communication.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience creating videos for paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube).
Basic color grading and sound mixing skills.
Ability to shoot and edit content (camera operation skills are a bonus).
