Role Tasks

• Video Editing:
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring smooth pacing, balanced audio, and seamless transitions for ads, social media, and campaigns.
• Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram,, YouTube, and broadcast, meeting platform-specific requirements (e.g., 9:16 for Stories, 16:9 for YouTube).
• Incorporate client feedback to refine edits under tight deadlines.
• Design engaging motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., animated titles, logos) using Adobe After Effects for branded campaigns.
• Create dynamic intros, outros, and overlays to enhance video storytelling.
• Graphic Design:
• Produce branded visuals (e.g., social media assets, campaign graphics, overlays) using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colors, and visual identity across all assets, aligning with client’s branding guidelines.
• Campaign Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing teams to execute cohesive brand campaigns (e.g., events, social media promotions).
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and review sessions.
• Trend Awareness and Optimization:
• Stay updated on video editing, motion graphics, and design trends (e.g., Instagram Reels transitions, minimalist branding).
• Adapt content to current trends to maximize engagement across platforms.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Organize and archive project files for easy access and future use.

Skills

• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing (pacing, audio syncing, transitions).
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and VFX (e.g., keyframing, logo animation).
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for designing branded graphics (e.g., social media posts, overlays).
• Knowledge of video optimization for platforms (Instagram, YouTube, broadcast) and file formats (e.g., MP4, MOV).
• Familiarity with branding principles (visual identity, typography, color theory).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong storytelling ability to craft engaging, narrative-driven videos.
