Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical experiments to enhance conceptual understanding. Conduct practical lab sessions and ensure adherence to safety guidelines. Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (NEET, JEE, etc.), and school assessments. Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Use technology-driven teaching methods (smartboards, simulations, online resources) to improve learning outcomes. Guide students in science fairs, Olympiads, and research-based projects. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom. Coordinate with other subject teachers and participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and training programs. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and advancements in Chemistry. Requirements : Postgraduate (M.Sc.) in Chemistry with B.Ed. (Preferred but not mandatory). 2-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school or coaching institute. Strong communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills.
