Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Chennai. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR activities, including managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. Daily tasks will involve organizing and maintaining HR documents, helping with recruitment processes, and participating in any employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus
