About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. This role involves

managing the end-to-end video production process — from editing and color grading to motion

graphics — to create engaging, high-quality content for multiple digital platforms.

You will work closely with our creative team to produce videos that not only meet client

expectations but also boost engagement and watch time across social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Edit short-form and long-form videos optimized for various social media platforms.

● Apply video color grading, motion graphics, and graphic design to enhance storytelling.

● Ensure optimal sound quality and apply sound design best practices.

● Collaborate with the creative team to align all content with client objectives and brand

guidelines.

● Stay updated on the latest editing techniques, trends, and tools — including AI-powered

video tools — to keep content fresh and engaging.

● Produce videos aimed at increasing audience watch-time and retention.

Requirements

● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Animation, Mass

Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

● Fresh graduates (2025 batch) are welcome to apply.

● Must have a personal laptop and the necessary tools/software for professional video

editing.

● Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

● Familiarity with AI tools that enhance video production is a plus.
