VIDEO EDITOR

Techoftheday is a growing tech training and services company committed to delivering impactful, engaging, and visually compelling content to our audience. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to bring stories to life through high-quality videos that resonate with our brand and audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into polished, engaging final products for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Design and animate motion graphics such as title sequences, lower-thirds, logo animations, infographics, and kinetic typography.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to understand project briefs and deliver videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and high-quality output.
• Adapt video content for different aspect ratios, lengths, and platform requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, and motion graphics techniques.
• Organize and maintain video project files and archives for easy retrieval.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing both video editing and motion graphics work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of animation principles, motion design, basic color grading, and audio editing.
• Strong storytelling skills and a good sense of timing, pacing, and visual composition.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-based video or animation tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
