Key Responsibilities :

• Edit and assemble

  short-form and long-form vertical videos

  from

  raw footage

  to

  final output

  — including

  Reels, Shorts, Ads, and YouTube vertical content

  .
• Apply

  strong pacing

  ,

  jump cuts

  ,

  color correction

  , and

  text overlays

  to enhance

  storytelling

  .
• Create

  impactful hooks

  and

  high-retention edits

  within the

  first 3–5 seconds

  .
• Integrate

  sound effects

  ,

  music syncing

  ,

  basic VFX

  , and

  motion graphics

  as needed.
• Collaborate with

  designers

  and

  creative strategists

  to maintain

  brand consistency

  .
• Organize

  raw footage

  , manage

  project timelines

  , and deliver edits within

Required Skills & Background :

• 1–3 years of professional experience

  in

  video editing

• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro

  (or

  Final Cut Pro

  )

• Basic working experience in Adobe After Effects

  for simple

  motion graphics

• Portfolio/reel

  demonstrating expertise in

  short-form content

  and a strong sense of

  pacing

• Knowledge of color grading

  ,

  visual storytelling

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Creative thinker
