Video Editor

We’re looking for a visual storyteller for Tagent who can turn deep, thoughtful conversations into scroll-stopping video content and graphics. He/She will be working on startup conversations, product stories, and on bringing the expert insights to life - across LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

• Edit long-form podcast recordings into engaging short clips (30 sec – 3 min) for socials
• Design visual assets, templates, and motion graphics for each episode (thumbnails, hooks, intros)
• Add captions, dynamic text overlays, and cutaways using stock footage.
• Collaborate on scripting hooks for clips - what to highlight, what to cut.
• Help develop a strong, recognizable visual identity across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Maintain organized asset libraries and edit timelines for fast reuse.

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in video editing and motion design.
• Fluent in designing for LinkedIn-first content.
• Comfortable editing fast-paced talking head videos with subtitles, transitions, and overlays.
• Bonus if you understand or enjoy AI, startups, and tech-driven conversations.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with podcast content, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn videos.
• Skill in brand storytelling, not just content repurposing.
• You enjoy making founders and ideas look & sound awesome on camera.
