Job Description

Role Overview: We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in Reel-style videos with a strong storytelling approach . You’ll receive raw footage from our shoots and influencers — your job will be to craft scroll-stopping edits that are visually appealing, emotionally engaging, and on-brand. Key Responsibilities: Edit short-form content (mainly Instagram Reels, Shorts) with high-impact storytelling Do basic to advanced color correction and add transitions, music, overlays as needed Stitch together raw footage into coherent, creative, and engaging videos Suggest visual hooks and narrative sequences where applicable Adapt videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) Understand Namyaa’s brand tone and translate it into video form Use editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar What You Should Bring: Experience editing Reels, influencer content, or D2C brand videos Strong storytelling skills through visuals, music, and pacing Understanding of current social media trends and reel formats Ability to work with tight deadlines and high volume A keen eye for detail, color, and transitions A portfolio of short-form videos (must include Reels or similar work) Why Join Namyaa?
