·      2–5 years of professional video editing experience

Premiere Pro

·      Sharp storytelling instincts—rhythm, pacing, emotional arc

Responsibilities:

·      Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and short-form clips for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.

·      Cut emotional, story-driven reels that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds

·      Create teasers, trailers, montages, and cinematic recaps

·      Organise footage, files, and exports with clean workflows

·      Spot trends and raise the bar with fresh editing ideas
