Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and short-form clips for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Cut emotional, story-driven reels that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds
• Collaborate with our content team and camera operator on daily edits
• Create teasers, trailers, montages, and cinematic recaps
• Organise footage, files, and exports with clean workflows
• Spot trends and raise the bar with fresh editing ideas
