We are looking for a
creative and skilled Video Editor & Social Media Manager
to join our team. This role involves shooting, editing, and managing social media content to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing:

Shoot high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc).

Edit engaging videos with smooth transitions, effects, and captions to make them viral-worthy.

Add motion graphics, animations, and text overlays to enhance video quality.

Optimize video formats and resolutions for different platforms.

Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and techniques.

Social Media Management:

Manage daily posting schedules on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Research and implement trending topics, hashtags, and viral content strategies.

Create and maintain a

content calendar

to ensure regular engagement.

Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize future content.

Respond to comments and engage with the audience to build community trust.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in

video editing & content creation

Proficiency in editing software

like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

Experience in shooting

high-quality videos

using mobile or DSLR cameras.

Strong knowledge of

social media trends, engagement strategies, and audience growth techniques

Ability to

edit videos quickly while maintaining high quality

Knowledge of

SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms

is a plus.

Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with

brands, influencers, or marketing agencies

Strong understanding of

reels, shorts, and viral content formats

Ability to

create thumbnails, banners, and social media graphics

(using Photoshop/Canva).

Experience with

basic color grading, sound editing, and AI tools

for video enhancement.
