We are looking for a creative, reliable, and skilled Video Editor & Social Media Manager who can manage our entire content workflow from editing reels/podcasts to posting on social media and running Meta Ads. This role is perfect for someone who understands digital content, trends, and brand storytelling. Video Editing Edit high-quality Instagram reels , YouTube shorts , podcasts , and long-form videos . Add captions, transitions, sound effects, background music, and graphics. Maintain consistent branding and style across all videos. Content & Social Media Management Organize and manage weekly content calendar. Post content on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok (if needed). Write engaging post captions and hashtags. Track analytics and suggest improvements. Meta Ads Management Create and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns . Basic understanding of ad objectives, audience targeting, and optimization. Monitor performance and share monthly ad reports. General Tasks Handle complete content workflow end-to-end. Communicate regularly and meet deadlines. Stay updated with latest Instagram trends & editing styles. Requirements Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve . Experience editing viral-style reels & dynamic social media content. Knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager. Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop). Good communication skills & fast turnaround time. Ability to manage multiple projects. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
