At Healthy Jeena Sikho, we believe in building awareness and trust by creating impactful content for healthcare audiences. We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Video Editor & Social Media Executive who can use modern AI tools, scripting, and editing skills to deliver high-quality, engaging videos in a short turnaround time, while also managing our presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Creation & Editing

• Shoot, edit, and produce short & long-form videos for marketing, education, and awareness campaigns.
• Use AI-based video editing tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, Pictory, etc.) to speed up content creation.
• Write or refine scripts when required, ensuring content is engaging and audience-focused.
• Create polished, professional, and impactful final versions of videos in limited timelines.

Social Media Management

• Handle and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently.
• Track engagement and performance metrics; suggest improvements.
• Respond to queries, comments, and engage with the audience in a professional manner.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to align video and social media strategy.
• Support campaigns, events, and product launches with high-quality creatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• 0–1 year of experience in video editing, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Proficient in AI-based video editing tools and traditional editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for brand growth.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.

What We Offer

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
