We re looking for a

Video Editor

who lives and breathes Instagram and YouTube to join our team at Only What s Needed, India s first people powered food platform. You ll bring OWN s movement to life through videos that inform, inspire, and go viral. role ideal for someone who understands internet language, cuts content fast, and adds just the right amount of spice.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit
reels, short videos, interviews, UGC-style content, and YouTube explainer videos
Take raw footage and translate it into
tight, punchy edits with pacing, music, text, and memes
Collaborate with Brand and Category teams to get ideas to execution that will anchored by none other than Food Pharmer himself
Manage timelines, optimize for platform (vertical/horizontal formats), and ensure brand consistency
Stay updated with trends, meme formats, audio styles, and visual hacks

Tools You Must Know:

Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory), Gen AI tools (11Labs, Veed.io and Sorra)
After Effects (bonus)
CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (if any preferred workflows)
Canva (optional for quick edits or text overlays)

What Were Looking For:

Strong showreel
of past video work across social media (Instagram, YouTube)
Ability to
edit both short-form (30s-1 min) and long-form (1-15 min) content
Clear understanding of what makes a video go viral (
