About the Role:
We’re building a spiritually rooted content platform — blending storytelling, deep conversations, and short-form wisdom. We're looking for a versatile video editor who can handle

• Cinematic voiceover videos (like Durv Rathe or Jay Shetty)
• Engaging Shorts/Reels with hooks and animated captions
• Podcast videos (like BeerBiceps / Raj Shamani) with clean cuts, zoom-ins, and audio polish

Profile:- Video Editor
Qualification :- Any Graduation
Location :- Nagpur
Experience :– Minimum 2 Years to 3 Years in Video editing

Salary :- Compensation is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form cinematic videos (5–15 min) using voiceover + stock footage + text animations
• Create YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels (30–60 sec) with fast pacing, captions, and strong hooks
• Edit podcast-style videos: switching angles (if multicam), adding zooms, subtitles, and transitions
• Sync visuals with music, narration, and emotional flow
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, and captions creatively
• Collaborate on video structure, flow, and visual direction
• Ensure content is optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, etc.
