Position: Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished, visually appealing content for real estate listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Create short-form and long-form content including reels, walkthroughs, teasers, and highlight videos.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and background music as needed.
• Ensure brand consistency, color grading, and high production value across all content.
• Collaborate with videographers, content creators, and the sales/marketing team to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on real estate and video editing trends to bring fresh ideas into the workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Must have hands-on experience in editing Instagram Reels and You tube short-form content.
• Should be well-versed with Adobe Creative Cloud, Envato, Epidemic, Premiere Composer, Cockatoo, Sora, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and their video requirements.
