You’ll work on a mix of projects — social media reels, brand stories, interviews, and creative experiments. The job is fast-paced, deadline-driven, and perfect for someone who loves making videos that actually get watched.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for multiple brands.
• Add subtitles, transitions, and music that enhance the story.
• Work closely with the team to turn raw footage into polished, ready-to-post content.
• Keep up with social media trends (especially Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts).
• Meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong command of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or even advanced Canva/CapCut).
• Creativity to make videos engaging, not boring.
• Good communication and ability to take feedback.
• Reliability — we need someone who shows up and delivers.
• No degree required — your edits speak louder than certificates.

Note:

Selection Process:

1. Screening

   – Based on your application and portfolio.

2. Assignment Round

   – You’ll be given a short raw video file and asked to create a 45–60 sec edit. This will test your creativity, speed, and sense of storytelling.

3. Final Interview

   – A quick conversation with the founder/CEO to discuss fit, expectations, and next steps.
