Canva Designer – Full-Time Remote Job | ₹12,000–₹15,000 Salary

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes Canva, not just “knows the buttons,” but can take an idea and make it look sharp, on-brand, and scroll-stopping.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing high-quality creatives for multiple brands, campaigns, and accounts we manage.
• Turning rough ideas into polished, ready-to-use designs quickly.
• Working closely with our team to meet deadlines and handle feedback like a pro.
• Managing multiple design requests every day, this is a

  demanding role

  and will keep you busy.
• Adapting to different brand styles and tones without losing quality.

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re excellent with

  Canva,

  templates, custom elements, animations, you name it.
• You have

  creative confidence,

  you can make decisions without waiting for handholding.
• You’re open to feedback and can make changes without taking it personally.
• You have good communication skills (written & verbal).
• You’re loyal, committed, and looking for a place to grow long-term.
• You can work independently but also coordinate well with a remote team.

We don’t care if you’re a fresher or have 10 years of experience. If your Canva work is top-tier, that’s all that matters.

Selection Process

three rounds

1. Initial Interview Call

   – A quick conversation to understand your background, skills, and mindset.

2. Assignment Round

   – A short but challenging Canva design task to see your skills in action.

3. Final Interview with the Founder/CEO

   – If you’ve made it here, we want to see how you think, communicate, and fit into our team.

Once you pass all three, you’ll get the offer.
