🎬 We're Hiring: Video Editor (Short-form Content) | On-site | Full-time

Ikona Media is a personal branding studio that handles everything end-to-end — from strategy and scripting to shooting and editing.

We’re looking for an editor with an eye for creativity, someone who enjoys working on content, understands short-form video, and wants to be part of a growing setup.

🕒 Work Details:

• Location: On-site (Delhi)
• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work Days: 5–6 days a week
• Stipend: Upto ₹20,000/month (based on skills/experience)
• Experience: 0–3 years

🧩 What the Role Involves:

• Editing short-form videos (mainly 60–120 sec Reels/Shorts)
• Using tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
• Basic thumbnail or graphic design is a plus
• Occasionally helping with shooting, scripting, or planning, if you’re up for it

🔧 Skills We’re Looking For:

Technical:

• Clean cutting, pacing, transitions, audio balancing
• Good hold over motion graphics & animation.

Creative:

• Good sense of visual storytelling, tone, rhythm
• Eye for music, SFX, emotion, and flow

Execution:

• Timely editing without compromising quality
• Comfortable working with fast turnaround timelines
• Organized with file management, versions, and exports
