Job Description: Video Editor at Hawa Mahal (Drone Videography) The Video Editor at Hawa Mahal will play a crucial role in transforming raw drone footage and other captured media into compelling, polished videos that showcase the historic beauty and cultural significance of Hawa Mahal and the customer. This position focuses on enhancing the brand’s visual storytelling through high-quality video content tailored for tourism promotion, social media, and client deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and edit raw aerial and ground footage into cohesive, engaging videos aligned with the brand’s vision and storytelling goals. Add appropriate soundtracks, voice-overs, graphics, effects, and text overlays to enhance the visual impact and viewer engagement. Collaborate closely with drone operators, marketing, and sales teams to ensure final videos meet client expectations and marketing objectives. Manage video editing software and hardware, maintaining organized project files and archives of raw and finished materials. Optimize videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns. Review and make revisions to videos based on feedback from directors, clients, or stakeholders. Ensure all video content respects copyright laws and privacy considerations, particularly given the drone footage usage. Stay current with video production trends and software to continually improve video quality and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a video editor, preferably with drone or travel videography footage. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, VN or similar tools. Strong understanding of video composition, color grading, sound design, and storytelling techniques. Ability to handle multiple projects, work under deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling, especially in tourism or heritage contexts. Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
