Video Editor

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our creative team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and engaging motion graphics that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional experience, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for visual storytelling through both video and animation. Familiarity with current AI tools and trends in video content creation is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into professional, polished videos for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and advertisements.

Design and animate 2D motion graphics, including animated text, icons, and transitions Adapt videos for multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) in various formats (vertical, horizontal, square)

Ensure all video edits, animations, and effects are consistent with the company's visual identity and brand guidelines

Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver engaging visual content

Implement feedback efficiently and iterate quickly to meet project deadlines

Stay informed on the latest AI tools, automation techniques, and industry trends to enhance productivity and creativity.

Manage and organize video asset libraries, project files, and content templates.

Skills & Tools Required

3–5 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion design

Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (mandatory)

Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic understanding of Blender or other 3D tools

Familiarity with social video tools like CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and mobile editors (preferred)

Experience using AI-powered tools such as RunwayML, Pika Labs, Descript, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, rhythm, typography, and pacing

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
