Location: Noida | Experience: 2–6 years

We’re looking for a versatile Video Editor who can combine creativity, design skills, and technical expertise to produce videos that resonate with audiences and drive results.

What You’ll Do

· Edit high-quality videos for social media reels, YouTube, podcasts, and product teasers/promos.

· Design and develop visually engaging short-form and long-form content.

· Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcasts, webinars) into impactful short clips.

· Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to translate ideas into standout videos.

· Apply storytelling, design, and motion graphics to enhance content quality.

· Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for maximum performance.

· Stay updated on trends, editing styles, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant.

· Manage multiple projects while delivering on time without compromising quality.

· Experiment with new techniques, including AI tools (Runway, Pika, Descript, etc.) when needed, to boost creativity and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

· 2-6 years of proven experience as a Video Editor in a digital, media, or creative environment.

· Proficiency in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.

· Strong creative vision and ability to design and develop original video concepts.

· Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing.

· Understanding of viral trends, short-form content, and social media algorithms.

· Ability to balance creative freedom with brand guidelines and performance goals.

· Passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to experiment with both traditional editing and new-age tools.
