About the Role:

Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Edit a high volume of performance-driven video ads for Amazon, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other social channels.
• Rapidly generate content using traditional tools 

  and

   AI-based video creation workflows.
• Create dynamic short-form videos (reels, shorts, ads) and longer-form podcast edits.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to ad storytelling, transitions, hooks, and pacing.
• Deliver polished, high-end production value under fast turnaround times.
• Collaborate with the creative team to match brand tone and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years

   of professional video editing experience (agency, brand, or freelance).
• Advanced skills in 

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  , 

  CapCut

  , or 

  DaVinci Resolve

  .
• Demonstrated experience with 

  AI-based video generation

   tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, HeyGen, etc.) or willingness to adapt quickly.
• Exceptional creative instincts for storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
• Strong experience editing both 

  ads

   and 

  podcast

   content.
• Ability to work 

  independently and efficiently

   during night shift hours.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut Effects, etc.)
• Experience with e-commerce ads, DTC brands, or performance marketing creatives.
• Knowledge of platform best practices (TikTok trends, YouTube hooks, Meta ad formats).
