Job Description

Video Editing:Edit raw footage into high-quality video content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives
Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video presentations
Ensure all video content is engaging, on-brand, and meets the technical requirements for distribution on various platforms
Content Creation:Collaborate with Digital Marketers,, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives
Develop video content that effectively communicates messages and engages target audiences
Create storyboards and scripts as needed to guide the editing process
Technical Proficiency:Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro,Aftereffects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to edit and assemble video content
Manage video files, including organizing footage, creating backups, and maintaining an organized video library
Quality Control:Review and proof all video content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality before final delivery
Perform color correction, audio leveling, and other post-production tasks to ensure a polished final product
Project Management:Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project specifications
Communicate progress and any issues to project stakeholders in a timely manner
Creative Input:Provide creative input and suggestions for video content to improve visual appeal and effectiveness
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in video editing technology to bring fresh ideas and innovative techniques to the team
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
[2-4 years] years of experience preferred
Skills:Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Aftereffects Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc)
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute to innovative video projects
Personal Attributes:Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to handle constructive feedback and adapt to changes
